• Account: name, email address and password (stored hashed).
• Usage: the searches, prospects and campaigns you create in the tool.
• Payment: credit purchases go through Stripe. No card number ever reaches DevLeadHunter's servers.
• Contact form: name, email, phone if you give it, and your message.

This site measures its audience with two tools. Umami, cookieless and anonymous, runs at all times. PostHog, subject to your consent via the cookie banner, uses cookies to analyse site usage in more detail (pageviews, clicks, journeys). Statistics stay internal: no data is sold or used for advertising.

• Running your account, your searches and your campaigns: performance of the contract.
• Invoicing credits and keeping the invoices: legal obligation.
• Answering your messages: legitimate interest.
• Measuring the audience with PostHog: your consent.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Only the publisher accesses your data. Technical providers process it on the publisher's behalf, each for its own task:

• Hosting: OVH (France).
• Payment: Stripe.
• Sending emails: Resend.
• Audience measurement: PostHog (servers in Europe), only with your consent.

When a provider is based outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Account: while it is active, then deleted when it is closed or on simple request.
• Contact form messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Credit purchase invoices: 10 years, as French commercial law requires.

You can access your data, correct it, delete it, get it back in a readable format, object to its processing or restrict its use. Write to contact@dibodev.fr, you will get an answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

The site uses technical cookies (login session, language preference) and, only if you accept them via the consent banner, analytics cookies (PostHog). You can decline the latter with no impact on your browsing, and change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
